The Half-Day Access Pass gives you access to two parts of the Dubai Career Opportunity Summit & Fair experience. Start with a certified, expert-led workshop - choose one of three pathways focused on inclusive practices for People of Determination: • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as a Catalyst for Disability Inclusion • Creating an Inclusion-Ready Workforce: Embedding Disability Inclusion into Everyday Practice • Beyond Hiring: Building Disability-Confident HR Teams You'll select your pathway when you register below. From there, move into hands-on experiential activations, including a disability-owned business (DOBE) procurement guide and inclusion games, alongside live skills demonstrations by People of Determination that bring inclusion to life in practical, interactive ways. This pass covers the workshop and experiential activations only; the career fair and interviews are reserved for All-Day Access Pass holders.

Open to HR, DEI, and Talent Acquisition teams, Learning & Development professionals, and decision-makers shaping inclusive workforce policy.
