Brokerage Client Service Associate — Alpaca

Alpaca seeks a Client Service Associate to be the primary point of contact for broker-dealer and institutional clients across the APAC region. Handle account onboarding, resolve client inquiries via Zendesk, and ensure a high-quality experience for global financial institutions using Alpaca's APIs. Entry-level role — 1+ year customer-facing experience preferred, fintech or financial services background a plus. Fully remote, open to candidates in APAC timezone.
